* UPS works on standard business days (Monday-Friday), and do not deliver on Saturday (unless Saturday delivery is specified) or Sunday.

Shipping Policy and Procedure

• We process and ship all orders within 2 business days.
• Once the package leaves our warehouse and is received by the carrier, either USPS or UPS is responsible for delivering the package in a timely manner. All claims for lost or stolen packaged must be made through the carrier. Item costs and freight charges will not be refunded for lost shipments. Replacement shipments must be made at your expense.
• International orders are shipped from the United States via USPS and then turned over to your country's postal system. Shipping time is an estimate; package may arrive sooner or later than expected. There may be delays and/or fees due to your country's customs policies that we cannot anticipate.
