Women's Rings

What are your stones made of?

Our rings are made from conflict free materials. We don't support inhumanely mined diamonds, which is why we use high quality conflict free simulated diamonds. Simulated diamonds are man-made stones that look just like a perfect diamond and shine like crazy.

How are your stones cut?

Every one of our stones are hand-cut with precision to ensure you’re wearing the same shine and brilliance as a traditional diamond.

How are the carat sizes measured?

Fun fact: simulated diamonds do not hold the same carat weight as traditional diamonds! We list our stones in estimated carat weight & do our best to keep these sizes accurate.

Where do your stones rank on the Mohs scale?

Our simulated diamonds rank at an 8.5 out of 10 on the Mohs scale. This scale is used to measure the mineral hardness and scratch resistance of the stone in question. Traditional diamonds usually rank at a 10, so we’re not too far behind. 😉

Do you use any metals like copper or nickel known to cause reactions?

Nope! We mean it when we say “conflict-free”. Rest assured, our pieces don’t contain any of these metals.

Is your jewelry plated in rhodium?

Yes, all sterling silver jewelry is plated in rhodium to give it that classic, unmistakable shine! Rhodium plating also helps give your jewelry an extra layer of protection against scratches and does not corrode or tarnish.

What is your yellow gold and rose gold jewelry made from?

Our gold and rose gold pieces are made from the same high quality 925 sterling silver and plated in either 18k gold or 18k rose gold respectively. 

Will your jewelry turn my finger green?

  • The short answer: No! 😁 
  • The long answer: No, our jewelry will not turn any part of your body green - We can guarantee this. If you do run into an issue with any of your pieces, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at auvivaboutique@pm.me

What is the width of your women’s rings?

Our women’s rings range from 2mm to 4.5mm wide. The most common width is about 2mm, but if you’d like to know about a specific style, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at auvivaboutique@pm.me

Do you offer any customizations on your rings?

We currently do not customize any of our pieces. But, if you have any style requests and/or feedback, we’d love to hear from you! Please submit either to us at auvivaboutique@pm.me

Can you engrave these rings?

We do not, but you can definitely take any of our metal rings to your local jewelry store for engraving. Please note: any third party alterations to your ring/s will void our lifetime warranty.

Men's Rings

What kind of metals are used in your men’s rings?

Most of our bands are made from the highest quality tungsten carbide or titanium. But if you’re looking for something even more badass, check out our pieces made from carbon fiber and Damascus steel.

What is the difference between tungsten carbide rings and titanium?

While both are very durable materials, rings made of tungsten carbide tend to be on the heavier side & are often more scratch-resistant than its titanium counterparts.

What is the width of your men’s rings?

Most of our men’s styles are 8mm wide. The exceptions are listed in the rings description.

Do you use any metals like copper or nickel known to cause reactions?

Nope! We mean it when we say “conflict-free”. Rest assured, our pieces don’t contain any of these metals.

Care and Cleaning

How do I keep my jewelry in the best shape possible?

We’ve kept it simple & listed all the best cleaning & care practices in our Care Instructions page.

Can I wear my jewelry at all times?

To keep your jewelry in pristine condition, it is best to remove it during any activities such as exercising or sleeping and when handling any harsh products such as hand sanitizer. This will ensure your jewelry stays in tip top shape!

What type of products can harm my jewelry?

Remove your jewelry before applying lotion, sunscreen, & hand sanitizer. We also recommend avoiding contact with bleach, chlorine, hairspray, & other products with harsh chemicals.

Is it okay to use a jewelry cleaner to clean my jewelry?

Do not use any jewelry cleaners to care for your pieces, as these can strip the rhodium plating. We recommend using clear, mild dish soap and lukewarm water to clean your jewelry. Check our Care Instructions page for more information.

What do I do if my stone becomes cloudy?

Use a soft-bristle toothbrush to get in every crevice of your ring! This should help restore that clarity you’re looking for. Go to our Care Instructions page for the best way to clean your jewelry and if the shine just isn’t what it used to be, please reach out to our support team at auvivaboutique@pm.me so we can further assist.

Does your jewelry have a warranty?

What items are covered under your lifetime warranty?

Every piece in our collection. For more information, feel free to visit our dedicated Lifetime Warranty page.

What type of damages are covered under this warranty?

Our lifetime warranty covers any and all damages. This includes manufacturing issues, accidental damages, as well as any wear and tear your pieces may incur over time. You can even have your jewelry resized under this process as well! For more information, feel free to visit our dedicated Lifetime Warranty page.

Is there anything that is not covered under your warranty?

Lost or stolen items are not covered under our lifetime warranty.

Where do you ship your orders from?

We ship all orders from our supply warehouse in central California!

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. This includes any US Territories and US Military addresses. 

Canadian customers: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses at this time.

I just placed my order, how long does it take to ship out?

All orders are shipped out of our warehouse the following business day from when it is placed. Any express or rush orders placed before (12:00 PM) NOON PST ship the same day! Please note: we do not ship any orders on Sundays or federal holidays.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at auvivaboutique@pm.me for further assistance.

Once my order ships, how long will it take before it’s delivered?

All orders are estimated to arrive within 7-10 business days of their ship date, but can arrive sooner with our express or rush options. Check out our shipping page for more details!

What is considered a transit or business day?

Business or transit days are Monday through Friday & do not include weekends or holidays. The first transit day begins the day you receive your shipping notification. If your order ships on a Monday, then Monday to Tuesday is considered the first transit day, Tuesday to Wednesday is considered the second transit day, and so on. Please note: Transit times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Will I be charged any duty or import charges on my order? (Canadian Customers Only)

Duties or import taxes are calculated in the “Taxes” section of the total. You will not be billed when you receive your order. Please keep in mind that both duties and taxes are non-refundable upon delivery of the order.

My shipment is delayed, what should I do?

We are very sorry to hear this! Shipping carriers may experience delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not received any tracking updates after 5 business days, please reach out to us at auvivaboutique@pm.me so we can look further into this for you.

I received an email that my package was delivered but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that your package has not been received after a delivery confirmation is sent, please reach out to us at auvivaboutique@pm.me within a 72-hour window so we can start a proper investigation into its whereabouts.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange my item?

Yes, you can exchange any new or unworn item up to 30 days from your original order's delivery date. This includes any style changes or store credit as well. Feel free to visit our dedicated returns page to get that process started! After the 30-day window, we can still resize and service your item under our Lifetime Warranty.

When will I receive my new exchange order? 

Once your return package has been received, we please ask that you allow our returns department 2-4 business days to process your exchange. Once processed, your exchange order will ship the following business day with an estimated 4-7 business day transit time. We will send a new order confirmation at the time of processing.

How long do I have to exchange my items?

Once your original order has been delivered, you have 30 days from that delivery date to send the items you wish to exchange back to us. The return package must have a postmark date within the 30-day window in order to be approved by our returns department. This window does not reset after an exchange submission.

Are return labels provided for exchanges?

We do not provide return labels for exchanges. However, we will cover any shipping costs for the exchange order back to you, as well as any duty charges for Canadian customers. If any items are returned in worn condition, a 20% restocking fee may be held from your refund total or invoiced with your new exchange order prior to processing.

What is the most economical way to send back my return package?

For US customers, we recommend shipping your package back through USPS Ground Advantage.

For Canadian customers, we recommend shipping your package back through Canada Post Tracked Packet USA. 

Please note: You do not need to send us the return tracking number, but we do ask that you keep your receipt until you receive an exchange or refund confirmation email.

Can I send my newly purchased item back for a refund?

Yes, you may send any new or unworn item/s back for a refund up to 30 days from your original order's delivery date. Feel free to visit our dedicated returns page to get that process started! Please note: any items listed as “FINAL SALE” are non-refundable.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?

Once your return package has been received, we please ask that you allow our returns department 2-4 business days to process and send your refund confirmation email. Once processed, it will take your bank roughly 3-5 business days to display the funds in your account. Please note: Shop Pay refunds may take up to two weeks to receive back to your bank account.

Can I be refunded for any taxes or duty charges on my original order? (Canadian Customers Only)

*Canadian Customers Only. The taxes collected at checkout are used to cover duty charges on imports and are non-refundable upon delivery confirmation of your original order.

How long do I have to return my items for a refund?

Support

Which forms of currency do you accept?

We currently only accept payments in USD. Canadian customers are still welcome to purchase from our website, but please note that our prices are in USD and the conversion rate to CAD will be done automatically by your bank after the order has been placed.

What types of payments are accepted?

We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards, as well as a number of different payment platforms including PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you accept prepaid debit gift cards?

Yes, they can be added as a debit card at checkout, but your order must be paid in full with the prepaid amount allocated to the card. We are unable to split the payment between two different cards at this time.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?

Once your return package has been received, we please ask that you allow our returns department 2-4 business days to process and send your refund confirmation email. Once processed, it will take your bank roughly 3-5 business days to display the funds in your account. 

Please note: Shop Pay refunds may take up to two weeks to receive back to your bank account.

My card used to place my order was canceled, what can I do?

We are only able to refund the original card used to place the order. In the event your card is canceled, we can issue store credit for the returned items prior to processing a refund. Otherwise, you will need to reach out to the card issuer to have the funds transferred from the closed account or returned to you via check.

What is the status of my order?

After an order has been placed, you should receive an order confirmation to the email address entered at checkout. All orders are processed and shipped out within 1 business day. Any rush or express orders placed before 12pm PST Monday through Saturday ship the same day, except on federal holidays.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order has shipped from our headquarters, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to your email address entered at checkout.

I did not receive any information confirming my order, should I be worried?

No worries at all! We recommend first doing the following:

  • Check your spam folder to see if it was mistakenly sorted there. 
  • If you placed an order with a payment portal like PayPal, please check the email associated with that account. 
  • If then, you are still unable to locate your order confirmation, please contact our support team at auvivaboutique@pm.me & we’ll be happy to help.

Can I cancel or adjust my order after it has been placed?

We are only able to guarantee cancellations or adjustments to orders within 2 hours of it being placed (Rush & Express orders may ship out sooner). We ask that you respond to your order confirmation email or reach out to our support team at auvivaboutique@pm.me or 970-889-8970 with your request as quickly as possible!

Can I cancel or adjust my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order after it has been shipped. However, once you receive your order, you can always send it back for an exchange or a refund by following our instructions from our dedicated shipping page.

My tracking information is not updating, should I be concerned?

Please allow mail carriers up to 48 hours to reflect updated tracking information after it has shipped. If your tracking information stops receiving updates, the mail carriers may be experiencing delays that are outside of our control. This means that further updates may take a little longer to reflect. Don’t worry, it’s still on its way!

I entered an incorrect or old address at checkout. Can I have my address updated?

If your order has not shipped yet, please reach out to our support team at auvivaboutique@pm.me ASAP to have this updated! 

For orders shipped through USPS: shipping addresses cannot be adjusted after it has shipped. We recommend reaching out to your local Post Office for further assistance. 

For orders shipped through FedEx: we can adjust the address for a small fee or have it held at a local FedEx Office for pick up at no cost prior to an “Out for Delivery” status on the tracking page.

Do I need an account to place an order?

It is totally optional to create an account with us! You can check out as a guest with a valid email address to receive your order confirmation and shipping details when it has shipped.

Do I need an account to initiate an exchange or return?

Nope! All you will need to initiate any sort of return is your order number or the email address used to place the order. To begin that process, please visit our dedicated exchange and returns pages.

How do I create an account?

If you would like to create an account to keep track of your order history, you can register for one in the top right of the home page. Once you have created your account, you will receive an activation email that you will need to click into and activate your account with.

How do I log in to my account?

To log in, you can navigate to the top right corner of our site and click on the “person” icon next to the cart image. You can also log in directly from the home page. Here, you will be able to update your default shipping address and sort through any previous orders placed on our site.

I am having problems logging into my account, what should I do?

We recommend clicking "Forgot My Password" on the login page to have an email sent to you with further instructions. If you do not receive an email, it is very likely you checked out as a guest previously and an account has not been created yet. Feel free to register for an account on the home page.

I want to update my shipping address, can I do this in my account?

You may update your shipping address within your account for faster checkouts on future orders only, but an order that has already been placed will need to be updated by our support team. If this is the case, please reach out to them at auvivaboutique@pm.me with your order number and/or email address used to place the order, along with a brief message regarding the issue. Please note: We can only guarantee changes within a 2-hour window, so please reach out ASAP!

I would like to update the email address associated with my account. How can I do so?

Feel free to reach out to our support team at auvivaboutique@pm.me so they can update that for you on their end. Please note: We are only able to update the email to a new email address that has not been used to place an order or has not been subscribed to our newsletters in the past.

How do I change or delete my payment information?

We do not store any payment information, so you will have to input your payment information each time you place an order. After your order has been placed, we cannot update or change the payment method used. If you wish to cancel an order so you can place a new one with your preferred payment method, please reach out to our support team at auvivaboutique@pm.me

Can I be removed from your email and text newsletters?

Absolutely. The easiest way to be removed from our marketing emails is to scroll down to the bottom of the newsletter and select “Unsubscribe”. To be removed from our text marketing, simply respond “STOP” to end all future text notifications.

How can I subscribe to marketing texts or emails?

Easy! Scroll to the bottom of our site and enter your email address there.

Discounts

My discount code is not working, what should I do?

If you received a code through our newsletter, please ensure your order:

  • Meets the requirements listed in the email
  • Has not expired for the discount to be applied.

I forgot to apply my discount code, can it still be added to my order?

Of course! If you forgot to apply a discount to your order, feel free to reach out to our support team within a 24-hour window so that it can be applied. You may respond to your order confirmation email or reach us at auvivaboutique@pm.me with the discount code you would like applied to the order.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Ring Sizing

I don't know my ring size, what do I do?

Feel free to check out our ring size chart page to find the best size for you! We also recommend getting sized at your local jeweler for an accurate measurement of your finger.

Can I measure my ring size at home?

Absolutely. Check out how to measure your ring size at home from a handy YouTube tutorial.

Can I print out a sizing chart found online?

We do not recommend this method, as many printers can skew the sizing due to the scaling variables of the printer being used.

How should a ring fit?

Generally, you want a ring that slides over your knuckle with a little friction, but not tight enough to where it squeezes your finger and creates what we call a “muffin top” with your skin. Read more on how to find the perfect fit at our ring size charts page.

Is it better to size a ring up or down?

Since our fingers tend to swell in warmer weather, it is a good rule of thumb to size up a half-size if you are between sizes. Feel free to find out if you should size a ring up or down in our ring size charts page.

What is the average ring size for men?

The average ring size for men is size 10! To read more on this, feel free to check out our ring size charts page.

What is the average ring size for women?

The average ring size for women falls between a size 6 and 7! To read more on this, feel free to check out our ring size charts page.

Are men's and women’s ring sizes the same?

In short, yes. Both men’s and women’s ring sizes are the same! The only differences are found in the width and styles of the band. We explain it all in our ring size charts page.
